Synopsis

During a time when the cyborgs are no longer in duty and are living normal lives, a mysterious space ship lands on earth. The only survivor aboard the ship warns of an evil conqueror called Zoa that desires domination of the entire universe. With Earth in the cross-hairs, the cyborgs spring back into action...
