Vienna, 1907. Princess Flora, the one and only idol of the entire nation, is celebrating her birthday. Flora is young, beautiful, single and the object of all the men's desire. On a whim, Flora places her marvelous diamond ring in a fresh fish and throws it away, saying that whoever brings her ring back, will receive her hand in marriage (and of course, the throne). But who gets to the fish first it's a cat, the cute little pet of Honey, a poor girl who suddenly finds herself running away from the would-be suitors of the princess, all of them looking to cut open her cat to get the ring back.
