Each and every human being is blessed with a seed of talent from heaven. This seed develops as a child grows up, and will be in full blossom one day. By some quirk of fate, however, there is one boy without any seed of talent. When God hears about the dull boy, Hideyuki, he orders Ten Ten Kun to find out what sort of talent Hideyuki should have inherited and to put the seed of talent inside him. With some amazing magic tools in his bag, Ten Ten Kun, the most friendly and humorous angel in the world, comes down to Earth to see Hideyuki. However, there is an infinite number of seeds, so it will take Ten Ten Kun a very long time to discover Hideyuki's true talent.
