Krylancelo trains at the Tower of Fang, an institute that nurtures sorcerers, together with the Chaos Witch Azalie , who he adores like an older sister-in-law, and the rest of his friends. One day, he sees Azalie transform into a bizarre figure. She steals a sword that has the power to change destiny and flees. Krylancelo changes his name to Orphen and escapes from the Tower of Fang to go on a quest to save her. Five years later, Orphen manages to reunite with Azalie. Meanwhile, Childman , their former mentor and the most powerful black sorcerer in the land, and their colleagues Hardia and Komikuron are on their way to capture the transformed Azalie. Orphen is joined on his quest by the heiress Cleao , who tags along uninvited, and his apprentice Majic . What will Orphen make of all the conflicting speculations that swirl around him?
