Synopsis

Man's reckless acts against nature resulted in abnormal weather throughout the world, sinking civilizations to the bottom of the sea as a gesture of God's anger. 400 years later, mankind has recovered and seeks prosperity once again. Men of power plan to extend undersea ranches in a repeat of their previous folly. Mysterious aquatic people attempt to prevent them from doing so. Is Ragnarok drawing near again? With love as her weapon, Elfie sets out to save the earth.
