Synopsis

The citizens of Turkey's Hill model a bizarre American-esque town and engage in non-sequitur behavior. Note: The World of Golden Eggs was the first computer-graphics datsuryoku-kei (ennui-style) anime to become a hit with mainstream audiences; this earlier MTV Japan television series still ranked in the top weekly anime DVD sales more than three years after its debut.
